He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ramon Spooner and Phyllis Dunn; and his parents, Michael Spooner and Venezia Spooner. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Cindy Sears (late Don), Mike (Sharon) and Byron (Jan); and his grandchildren, Hallie Coughlin (John), Alex Spooner (Taylor), Mike Spooner (Julie), Alexis Cox (Austin) and Elaina Spooner.
