He was predeceased by: his mother Allene G. Joseph (Sparks). He is survived by: his father Robert L. Joseph of Rocky Ridge, OH; and his siblings, Robert E. Joseph of Rocky Ridge, Raymond Joseph (Belinda) of Graytown, OH and Vivian Henderson of Port Clinton, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
