She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Dale Ellis and Doris Lenore Ellis (Dysert); her husband Charles "Charlie" Lee Sapp; her son-in-law Mike Fox; and her grandson-in-law Joe Steiner.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Klausing (Teresa) of Rockford and Randy Klausing (Kim) of Ohio City; her stepdaughters, Vicki Smith (Dana) of Convoy, Jackie Weddle (Randy) of Fort Wayne and Nikki Fox of Rockford; her grandchildren, Bonnie Wells, Bethany Balliet (Shaun), Heather Bontempo (Clint), Andrew Weddle (Alex), Zachary Fox (Amanda), Sara Fox, Rebecca Fox Steiner, Tiffany Hopkins (Jason), Brittany Billman (Adam), Jesse Klausing, Hayley Schoenleben (Danielle) and Jessica Klausing; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Smith, Huxley, Delanie, Calin, Brynlee, Chloe, Anthony, Peter, Rose, Aaron, Norah, J. J., Carlie, Jaxson, Micole, Jayden and Jordan.
