Bollenbacher of Rockford, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Shivley and Rosetta Shivley (Drury); her husband Luther P. "Casey" Bollenbacher; her siblings, Edward Shivley (Marge), Emmett Shivley (Kate), Cleo Shivley (Marge) and Helen Gehm (Roma); and her siblings-in-law, Carroll Bollenbacher and Pauline Shaffer (Hisey).
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Bollenbacher (Jeanne) of Celina and Susan Bollenbacher (Walter Younker) of Rockford; and her siblings-in-law, Lowell Bollenbacher, Gerald Bollenbacher (Waunita) and Nina Bollenbacher of Celina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
