It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Heath of Rockford, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Heath and Mildred Heath (Gamble). He is survived by: his children, Austin Heath of Columbus, Kristin Heath of Ohio City and Lyndsey Heath of Van Wert; his grandson Braxton Heath; his sisters, Laurie Heath of Van Wert, Lisa Heath of Van Wert and Stacie Pollock (Kyle) of Van Wert; his nieces, Alyssa, Haley and Jade Pollock; and his great-nephew Zander Weck.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kevin's memory may be sent to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
