He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harold and Mary Margaret Foster (Lautzenheiser). He is survived by: his wife Donna Foster (Smith); his children, John Foster (Laura) of Van Wert, Dr. Jocelyn Wray (Kim) of Van Wert, Bethany Howard (Jonathan) of Warsaw and Ruth Ann Hughes (Scott) of Millbury, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jonathan Foster, A. J. Foster, Andrea Foster, Sarah Wray, Daniel Wray, Kathryn Wray, Luke Howard, David Howard, Thomas Howard, Heidi Miller (Brian), Casey Hughes, Leah Birchall (Ron) and Derek Hughes; and his siblings, Raymond Foster (Fran) of Van Wert, Martha Anderson (John) of New Carlisle, Joan Rorick (John) of New Haven, Judy Liggett of Lima and Ellen LeMaster of Convoy. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
