She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Bollenbacher (Snider); and her brother Ron Bollenbacher. She is survived by: her father Robert P. Bollenbacher of Van Wert; her husband Lowell Warthman of Rockford; her children, Heather Rock (Jason) of Crawfordsville and Brian Warthman of Dayton; her siblings, Jeff Bollenbacher (Ginger) and Rebecca McMillen (Terry) of Rockford; and her grandchildren, Tony Rock, Mariell Thimme and Margaret Warthman.
Memorial donations in Donna's memory may be made to the St. Paul's Country Church.
