It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance I Jackson of Rockford, Ohio, born in Liberty Township, Ohio, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Hoenie and Luetta Hoenie (Willrath); her husband Charles M. Jackson; and her siblings, David Hoenie and Kay Stanford.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Jackson (Ann) of Monmouth Beach, Brent Jackson of Rockford, Ruth Ann Swander (Dan) of Rockford and Michelle Ilene Jackson of Van Wert; her sister Mary Jane Kline (William) of New Haven; her grandchildren, Adam Swander, Annette Swander, John Jackson, Jamie Burger (Jackson), Margaret Williams (Jackson), Kyle Jackson and Jake Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Kinley Burger, Knox Burger, R. J. Williams, Poppy Williams and Liam Jackson.
