He is survived by: his wife Lori Atkins (Kreider); his daughters, Crystal Strawser (Lloyd) of Logan, Elizabeth Atkins and Grace Atkins of Rockbridge; his grandchildren, Destiny Hoffman, Trent Hoffman, Lilly Stepp (Nicholas) and Trevor Atkins; his great grandchild Michael Dean Hoffman; his siblings, Dexter Eugene Atkins, Deborah Haning (John), Kimberly Boggs (Steve), Melissa Marcum and Christina Neal (Deane); and his stepfather Kenny McIntosh (Yvonne).
