He was predeceased by: his parents, Holland Randolph Fox and Willa Fox (McGraw); and his brother Johnny Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Jean Fox; his children, Doug Fox of Rockbridge, Janie Nelson of Canal Winchester and Rhonda Cable (Curt) of Glouster, Ohio; and his brother Sam Fox (Patricia) of Rittman, Ohio. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 16 nieces and nephews.
