He is survived by: his parent Audrey Lee Clark-Dingess (Cerminara) of Johnson City; his wife Marcia Ann Clark (Green); his daughters, Louise Clark of Columbus, Paulette Clark of Columbus and Bobbie Clark of Columbus; and his brothers, Charles Vincent Clark of Rockbridge, Earl Clark of Chauncey and Ronald Clark of Lebanon.
