He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Justice and Lucy Justice; his brothers, Delmer and Douglas Justice; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Justice, Hufford Williams and Jack Rist.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Justice; his son Jason Justice (Andrea); his grandsons, Brandon, Aidan and Ethan; and his sisters, Eleanor Fields (Gene), Phyllis Fry (Ken), Ann Williams and Ruby Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Auble-Gillman Funeral Home (360 W Sunset Dr, Rittman, OH 44270). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the American Red Cross to assist in recent flooding in Pikeville, Kentucky.
