He is survived by: his children, Annette Fisher (Brad) of Wooster, Matthew Cecil (Connie) of Medina, Cheryle Bilbrey (Brian) of Wadsworth and Mark Cecil (Angela) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Brandon Fisher (Amanda), Adam, Chad Fisher, Megan Pruett, Chelsea Bilbrey, Kelly Nash (Jena), Corey Nash (Alison), Cassie Wright (Mike) and Delanie Cecil; his great grandchildren, Karsten, Kylee, Karli and Caden; and his caregiver Susan Cady. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
