It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Rice of Rittman, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Malta Moore; his daughter Tonya Jarrell (Clarence); his grandchildren, Chloe Jarrell and Austin Jarrell; his siblings, Hobert Rice (Becky), Lester Rice (Mary), Herman Rice (Lynda), Melvin Rice (Susan), Leon Rice (Neva), Opal Winkler (Jerry) and Loretta "Ruth" Holloway (Greg); his adoptive sons, Kenny and Freddie Gregory; his granddaughters, Aleysha and Megan Gregory; and his great grandchildren, Zaiden, Eli and Miles.
