He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Sr. Ensley and Mary Elizabeth Hamilton Ensley; his wives, Margaret F. Ensley and Donna Jean Stewart Ensley; his stepson Richard K. Foley; his great grandchild Makenna Gowing; and his brothers, Carl D. Ensley, Phillip M. Ensley and William L. Ensley, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Jean Gowin (Robert) of Newnan; his stepdaughter Cheryl M. Foley of Rittman; his grandchildren, Jennifer Gowing (Donald), Lauren Elizabeth Shealy (Cody), Leta Ashley Foley and Kaitlyn Marie Foley; his great grandchildren, Colton James Gowing, Emerson Reese Gowing, Coen William Shealy and Evan Robert Shealy; and his brother James L. Ensley of Covington, Louisiana..
