He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Elmer and Gertrude Angeline Cottrell (Rogers); his son Steven; and his sister Rose Clemson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Cottrell (Morris); his children, Sonya (Paul Campbell, III), Samantha Cottrell, Cory (Rebecca Cottrell) and Cody (Kayla Cottrell); his grandchildren, Miranda, Haylee, Caiden, Jayden, Justin, Landon, Mackenzie, Nicholas, Riley and Matilyn; and his siblings, Ray, Gene, Joe, Rick Cottrell, Edward, David Workman and Angie Jarvis.
Donations may be made for final expense to the funeral home.
