He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Boltz and Tresa Boltz (Cutshall); his wife Marjorie Zollinger; and his siblings, Betty Spafford, Edward and Lewis Troutman.
He is survived by: his children, Rex Boltz (Krista), Regina Winkler (Keith), Rose Daniels (William) and Renee Kline (Mearl); his grandchildren, Abigail Schar (Aaron), Aliza Wachtel (Ken), Emma Boltz, Radley Stahl, Riane McCallister (Cord), Riley Stahl (Rui), Reese Angle (Kyle) and Rhett Phillips; his great grandchildren, Zane Schar, Ren Angle and Johnny Wachtel; and his sister Mary Thomas.
