He was predeceased by: his father Wilbert "Lee" Shreve; and his brother Bobby Shreve. He is survived by: his mother Betty Shreve (Remington) of Rittman; his wife Tammie Shreve; his sons, Todd Shreve (Sarah) of Rittman, Erick Shreve (Kristen) of Rittman and Gregg Shreve (Cassie) of Wadsworth; and his grandchildren, Isabelle, Hunter, Gabriel, Garrett, Kinley, Mitchel, Carter and Cora Shreve.
