He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Keiper; his wife Betty Jane Plavsity; his siblings, Jacob, Phillip Keiper, Theresa Martin, Elsie Boleratz and Kathleen Stokes; and his brother-in-law Louis Plavsity.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Keiper (Carolyn) of Wadsworth, Bryan Keiper (Tiffany) of Mansfield and Eric Keiper (Michelle) of Sand Springs, OK; his sisters, Helen Shurance (William) of Seville and Caroline Max of Orlando, FL; and his sister-in-law Marilynne Plavsity of Glendale, AZ. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
