He is survived by: his wife Nancy Maslak of Rittman; his brother Steven Lovrak (Debra) of Houston, TX; his goddaughter Alissa Della Casa (Gaston) of Switzerland; his brother-in-law Dan Maslak of Wadsworth; his niece Claire Funderburg (Dustin) of Houston; his nephews, Shane Bruers (Tanya) of Wadsworth and Ryan Maslak of Rittman; his uncle Bill Mooney of Wooster; his aunt Celia Maslak of Rittman; and also, Vida and Marina Della Casa.
