She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Gardner and Hilda Gardner (Long); her husband Arnold Shook; her siblings, Alice Warner, Margaret Trent, Halley Gardner, Charles Gardner, Warren Gardner and Robert Gardner; her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Gardner, Lois Gardner and Dick Warner; her foster brother Vance T. Jarvis; and her nephews, Kenneth Trent, Robert Warner and Edward Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Shook (Stacye) of Lodi, CA, Dan Shook (Sandy) of Wadsworth, OH, Lisa Gahan (Ed) of Salem, OR and Chris Shook (BJ) of Wooster, OH; her siblings, James Gardner (Shelly) of Lady Lakes, FL, Jerry Gardner (Mary) of Fairlawn, OH, Mary Lent of Tempe, AZ and Frances Papp of Tonto Basin, AZ; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Kaela, Ryan, Jennifer, Tracie, Casey and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Andrew, Samantha and Chloe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
