She is survived by: her husband Reginald; her son Douglas; her daughter-in-law Toni Smith of Rittman; her grandchildren, Douglas Smith Jr. of Wadsworth, Daniel Smith of Barberton and Jessica Smith of Wadsworth; and her sister Karen Davis of Florida.
