He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Howell and Vera Howell (Kohler); and his brother Jerald. He is survived by: his wife Iona E. Baker; his children, Larry R. "Rusty" Howell, Jr. of New Philadelphia, Randy Howell of Mentor, Denny Howell of Rittman and Heather E. Howell of Shreve; his brothers, Dwaine Howell of Thornville, Neal Howell (Glenda) of Seville and Jim Howell (Peggy) of Burbank; and his sister-in-law Mamie Howell of Norton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
