She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Long and Dortha Long (Howell); her husband Ralph E. Smith; and her siblings, Bobby, Henry, Donald Long, Lavonne Mitchell, Doris Butler and Glenda Bauders.
She is survived by: her children, Sir Randy Smith (Norma Jean) of Orrville, Dennis Smith of Rittman, Keith Smith (Sandra) of Rittman, Dr. Brian Smith (Tracy) of Rittman and Jennifer Smith of Rittman; and her siblings, Jerry Long (Norma) of Doylestown and Marilyn Barker (Roy) of Apple Creek. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
