He was predeceased by: his grandmother Jean Booher (McCune). He is survived by: his children, John Hicks of Rittman, Betty Hicks of Creston, Sandra Yursa of Medina, Tammie Townsend (Mike) of Wooster, Larry Hicks (Christine) of Polk and Terry Lepley of Rittman; his son-in-law Larry Lepley of Rittman; his great grandchild Nora; his close friend Roy Cooper; and his caregiver Lorna Metsker.
