He was predeceased by: his father James W. Rinehart; and his siblings, Thomas, Jimmy Rinehart and Shirley Sue Minor. He is survived by: his wife Marie Rinehart (Zawaski); his children, Oakey Rinehart (Heather), Jennifer Ridenour (Chris), Jeremy Rinehart (Abby) and Jessica Yancey (Chris); and his stepdaughters, Samantha Zawaski, Amber Gandee and Amanda Gandee. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
