He is survived by: his daughter Micaela Gabrielle Smith (Andrew Passmore) of Barberton; his uncle David Anderson (Debbie) of Holly Springs, NC; his aunt Barbara Anderson of Barberton; and his cousins, Celena Anderson of Raleigh, NC, Kristine Beltz of Akron, Daren Beltz (Sheri) of Wooster, Daryl Beltz (Angela) of Reynoldsburg, Lori Prather (Tom) of Wadsworth, Erin Lewis (Aaron) of New Franklin, Tracie Cornelius (Bruce) of Rittman, Melissa Rayos (Ray) of San Antonio, TX, Bryant Anderson (Dennise) of Rittman, Kerrie Anderson of Orrville and Jill Anderson of Athens.
