He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Signe Halliwell. He is survived by: his parents, George Halliwell and Karen Halliwell (Spice) of Wadsworth; his wife Stephanie Simon; his sons, Jeffrey Halliwell, Jr. of Rittman and Benton Halliwell of Rittman; and his siblings, James Halliwell (Guixiang) of Fairlawn and Stephanie Ebner (David) of Wadsworth.
