He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Saal and Edith Saal (Wilson); and his sister Doris Winter (Saal). He is survived by: his wife Anne Saal (Eggeman); his grandchildren, Sarah (Saal), Mark Snyder, Matt and Jamie Saal; his siblings, Glen Saal (Patsy) and Darlene Griffith; and his brother-in-law James Winter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (7605 E Pleasant Home Rd, Sterling, OH 44276).
