He was predeceased by: his father Walter Meade. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie René Tylka of Rittman; his pet Snowball; his siblings, James Meade (Nora) of Doylestown, Peggy Meade Jerome (Greg) of Coventry Township and Lisa Neider (Erin) of Wooster; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen, Laura Tylka of Wadsworth, Cynthia Laudermilt (Greg) of North Lawrence, Tracy Tylka (Joe Rymsza) of Ostrander, OH and Mark Tylka (Angela Ryan) of Wadsworth. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
