He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reese and Hazel A. Lukehart (Christy); and his siblings, Devona "Sis" Reigh and Worth Lukehart. He is survived by: his wife Karen Joy Thorne; his children, Pamela J. Wolfe (Jim) of Rittman, Polly K. Puckett (Rob) of Rittman, Suzanne M. Woodard (Greg) of Fairmount, IL and Donald Reese Lukehart (Angela) of Rittman; his grandchildren, Erica Henry (Kyle), Anna Marie Puckett, Wesley Puckett, Michael Puckett (Kasey Roark), Luke Wolfe, Belle Levan (Zach), Cordell Wolfe, Zach Woodard (Samantha), Chelsey Woodard, Kendra Woodard, Kira Ellen Lukehart, Olivia Lukehart, Clarissa Lukehart (Claire) and Sam Lukehart; his great grandchildren, Miley, Bowen Henry, Tasey, Kayden Puckett and Benton Cox; his siblings, Clair Lukehart, Merle Lukehart (Peg), Kenneth Lukehart (Donna) of Mineral Ridge, OH and Erma "Doll" Koedel; and his brother-in-law Ted Thorne. He is also survived by his family and friends.
