Caplinger of Rittman, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Donald Caplinger. He is survived by: his children, Jay Caplinger (Laura) and Linda Taylor (Scott); his grandchildren, Rylen Schermesser, Freya and Jayci Caplinger; his siblings, Shirley Wiandt, Cathy Moore and Dolly Lamb (Rick); and his stepsiblings, Ron Gladieux (Laura) and Candi LeMaster (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's name to a local sober house.
