He is survived by: his parents, Duane Acker and Patti Acker (Matye) of Rittman; his daughters, Jessica Pagniano (Tim) of Creston and Nina Acker of Rittman; his granddaughter Sage Pagniano of Creston; his brothers, Michael Acker of Akron and Scott Acker of Madison, AL; his nieces, Chelsea Dodson (Doug) of Canton and Ashley Acker of Madison, AL; his nephew Logan Acker of Madison, AL; and his great-nephew Bentley Dodson of Canton.
