He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford White and Neva Lee Robinette White; and his sister Sandra Lee Misjak. He is survived by: his wife Helen Karen "Kay" Greene White of Ashland, KY; his children, Randy White (Alison) of Omaha, NE, Stephen White of Wahoo, NE, Chris Slone (Erin) of Shelbyville, KY and Erin Nicole White of Rittman, OH; and his brother Gregory D. White (Arland) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
