She was predeceased by: her parents, Claron Bishop and Elizabeth Bishop (Gobel); her husband Tommy J. Kiser; and her brother Lewis Bishop. She is survived by: her children, Terry Kiser (Lisa) of North Baltimore, Ohio, Jill Moorman (John) of CanalWinchester and Tammy Gottfried (Jeff) of Tiffin, Ohio; her brother Larry Bishop (Barb) of North Baltimore, Ohio; her grandchildren, Zach (Amber), Holly (Rick), Ben (Renee), Ann, Lauren and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Braydon, Kian, Evan, Brody, Grady, Adam and Chloe.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Church of God in Risingsun.
