She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack L. and Verneda; and her brother Larry L. Welty (Muffy). She is survived by: her husband Marvin J. Smith; her brother Michael J. Welty; her stepdaughters, Elora Kibler and Cheryl Waltermier (Donald); and her daughters, Diane, Anne and Jennifer. She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many dear friends.
