It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Gunder of Risingsun, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Eber Smith; her son Benjamin Gunder III; and her siblings, Robert Smith and Dorothy Schrier. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. Gunder; and her children, Michael Gunder (Wanda), Jeremy Gunder (Samantha), Helena, Duane Cochran (Karen), Connie McCormick, Brandy Huff-Gunder, Louzena "Tink" Breech, Frankie Jo Johnson (Ross) and Tina Strickland (Tom). She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 55 great grandchildren; and 41 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the family's choice c/o the funeral home.
