We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Elza Kay Bleckinger of Risingsun, Ohio, born in Wauseon, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto F. Niederhoff and Ruth L. Niederhoff (Newill); her husband Richard L. Bleckinger; and her sister Leza Niederhoff. She is survived by: her children, Tyler B. Bleckinger of Risingsun and Robin Jasso (Hank) of Bloomdale; and her siblings, Lora Pitman of Delta and Paul Niederhoff (Lynn) of Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
