He is survived by: his mother Reva Perry (Rowe) of Tazewell, VA; his children, Shanda Perry of Wilmington, Rachael Perry of Seaman and Jason Perry of Manchester; and his siblings, Michelle Perry-Fulton of St. Petersburg, FL and Michael T. Perry of Cincinnati. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
