He was predeceased by: his parent Hazel Peters (Parman); and his sister Patricia Brooks (Hale). He is survived by: his parent Harley Hale of Port Charlotte; his wife Betty L. Hale (Beavers); his child William M. Hale, Jr.; his wife Mary of Ripley; his great grandchildren, Kenneth Hamm, Jenna Hamm, Gregory Fetters and Karlee Fetters; his siblings, Judy Davis, Claudia Cahill, Kerry Hale of Cincinnati, Randy Hale of West Chester and Brent Phillips of Florida; and also, Melissa J. Zahn (Hale) and Amy R. Daye (Hale). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
