She was predeceased by: her father James Franklin. She is survived by: her mother Donna Franklin (Pfeffer) of Ripley; her children, Alayna Blackburn (Cody) of Ripley, Madisyn Blackburn (Keenan) of London and Jake Franklin of Ripley, Ohio; her siblings, Todd Franklin of Manchester, Lori Chance (Tim) of Greenwood and Adam Franklin (Leah) of Winchester, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Everly Davis and Weston Davis; and her uncle Tony Pfeffer of Ripley, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
