He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sr. Fancher and Beatrice Fancher. He is survived by: his wife Sheraldene Fancher; his children, Vernette Smith (Mike), Vernon Jr. Fancher (Christy) and Sheral Ulm (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Terry (Sam), Robert (Stephanie), Ryan (Justine), Jay Gillespie, Greg (Michelle), Rusty (Lisa), Matthew (Amanda), Chelsea (Daniel) and Whitney (Tony). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, with numerous siblings, nieces and nephews as well as many kind friends.
