He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis and Pansy Flannery. He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Weber of Ripley, Ohio and Scotty Flannery of Ripley, Ohio; his siblings, Mary Griffith (Samuel) of Maineville, Shannon Popham (Joseph) of Independence, Kentucky and Triston Blevins of Manchester, Ohio; and his grandparents, Roman and Phyllis Weber of Ripley, Ohio. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews.
