In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Tammy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Tammy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jaunita Cline Applegate and Harold Applegate. She is survived by: her husband Mark Adams; her daughters, Sara Hamilton (Larry) of Maysville, KY and Amy Milligan (Spencer) of Maysville, KY; her grandchildren, Emery Hamilton and Marshall Milligan; her siblings, Joni Darnell (Greg), Penny Rhoads (Tim), Mellissa Applegate, Jeff Applegate (Ramona) and Greg Applegate (Billie); and her friend Vicki Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
