It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Margaret Thackery of Ripley, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Thackery; her daughter Nola Wolf; her sister Norma Klostermeyer; and her niece Opal Meyer. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Thackery (Hope) of Springboro and Tom Thackery (Jen) of Mahtowa, Minnesota; her grandsons, Joe (Fernanda) and Will; her son-in-law Chuck Wolf of Petaluma; and her niece Ethel Ollier of Batesville.
No public viewing or service is scheduled at this time, due to the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made to the Batesville Food Pantry.
