He was predeceased by: his brother Darryll Patrick; and his parents, Harold Lee and Norma Patrick. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Patrick; his siblings, Stuart Lee Patrick (Mary), Lonnie Patrick (Ellen), Robert Patrick (Laura), Teresa Guinn (Bernard Fussnecker), Dawn Watson (David) and Michelle Clark (Roger); and his aunt Lelia Myers.
