She was predeceased by: her parents, F. T. Stacy and Emily Stacy (Davis); her husband William Wendell "Dink" Creek; her son Michael Creek; and her siblings, Amiel, Garrett, Denver, F. T. Jr., Rolan, Eleanor, Opal and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Creek (Shirley A.) of Sabina and Drue Reveal (Junior) of Aberdeen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
