She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lewis and Effie Lewis (Watson); her husband William List (Bill); her brother Carlos Lewis (Sonny); and her son-in-law Terrence Myers.
She is survived by: her children, John, Gwen List (Caudill) of Aberdeen, Ohio, Kimberly Myers (List) of Ripley, Ohio, Brenda (List), Paul Polendey of Toledo, Oregon, David, Elizabeth List (Germann) of Ripley, Ohio, Sharon (List) and Bill Jett of Augusta, Kentucky; her siblings, Frank Lewis of Yuma, Arizona, Carolyn Pope (Lewis) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Wilma Purtell (Lewis) of Levittown, Pennsylvania, Thomas, JoAnn Lewis (McKinney) of Russellville, Ohio, Robert and Kathy Lewis (Fultz) of Ripley, Ohio.; and her close friend Snoopy. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
