She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daniel "Dan" and Hazel Lucille Kirk (Regenstein); her father-in-law Herbert Polley, Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, Jack Knechtly and Jerry Wagner.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Polley; her daughters, Chanda Asher (Paul) of Ripley and Myra Jimison (Jason) of Loveland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Macy Spires (Liv Chadwell) of Danville, Mya Spires of Ripley, Jeg Jimison of Loveland, Zane Jimison of Loveland and Cadence Spires of Mineral Wells; her great grandchildren, Gracelynn McLain and Asher Wittekind; her siblings, Joyce Knechtly of Mt, Sonja Wagner of Russellville, Patricia Smith (Lonny) of Inverness, Betty Merchant (Wes) of Zephyrhills, Danny Joe Kirk (Bonita) of Ripley, Constance Karls (Daniel) of McComb, Don Paul Kirk (Jackie) of Sardinia and Ray Kirk (Pam) of Ripley, Ohio; and her mother-in-law Jane Polley of Ripley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
