She is survived by: her husband Richard Andrew Blevins, Sr.; her sons, Richard Andrew Blevins, Jr. (Luisa) of Monroe and Brent Allen Blevins (Norma) of Manchester, Ohio; her grandchildren, Triston John Blevins and Adrianna Lauren Blevins; her siblings, June Ann McKinney of Ripley, Ohio, Shirley Brierly of Ripley, Ohio, Donald Truitt of Georgetown, Ohio and Jack Truitt of Georgetown, Ohio; and her friend Betty Kennard of Manchester.
